We do not offer refunds. You may return or exchange a binder for store credit. However, if there is an issue or concern with your order, we are always happy to look into what options might be available in order to ensure you are entirely satisfied. Reach out to us at

We are ALWAYS happy to exchange your binder as long as it is in NEW/UNUSED condition! It's important to us that you have the proper fit. If you received a sizing suggestion from us prior to ordering, please reach out to customer care before exchanging your item!

If you think your binder is the wrong size, please stop wearing it! Simply package it up ASAP! We ask that you send your current binder back to us within two weeks of delivery.

We now offer free prepaid return shipping labels for domestic customers! Get a prepaid return label through the returns portal.


Please include the original packing slip with your return shipment, so we have your information in order to avoid confusion. If you do not have a packing slip or have lost it, please include a note with the full name and the email address you placed your order under. We must be able to look up your order, so if you have your order number, that would be great to include as well! Please type and print out your note if you know you have bad handwriting ;+P

Shipping Suggestions: 

We recommend using USPS First Class services to send your exchange back to us. Take your package to a post office to return it if you are unfamiliar with shipping. We recommend getting a small plastic envelope or wrapping a plastic zip bag (with your binder inside) in duct tape to create a package, as the free flat rate envelopes offered at the post office raise the cost of shipping. If you have your own, you will typically be able to ship First Class for under $3 (for one binder).

It is always a good idea to request a tracking number AND shipping receipt to have for reference. If for some reason we have not received your return package, you can send us the tracking number or receipt as proof and insurance that you did indeed ship to us. It's out of your hands and in ours now -- we've got your back. 

Once we receive your exchange, it will take 1-5 business days for you to receive a notification email with your return approval and store credit for original cost of the binder you purchased. You will be able to use your store credit code to place an exchange order on our website. :+) If you did not receive a sizing suggestion from us prior to your purchase, you will have to pay the shipping fee on your exchange. This process means that you are able to choose the size/style/color of your exchange binder yourself, and allows us to process exchanges quickly so we can get your binder back out to you as soon as possible!
