EXCHANGES

If you think your binder is the wrong size, please stop wearing it!

International Exchanges: These currently must be returned by mail and customers are in charge of covering shipping costs*. A store credit code will be provided upon receipt at our office.

US Exchanges: Select the new item you wish to receive through the portal. Your new order will be created after you drop your order off at a return bar OR after the carrier has scanned your return. This option is currently available to domestic customers only.

US Store credit: You will receive an instant store credit in the form of a digital gift card after you drop your order off at a return bar OR after the carrier has scanned your return. This option is currently available to domestic customers only.

We are happy to exchange your order provided the item is in its original condition (NOT USED) and sent back within 30 days of receipt.Exchanges are offered for all items unless otherwise stated on the product page. Limited edition and final sale items are not eligible for exchanges or store credit.
